Junior Process Manager (m/f/d)

Process Harmonization and Standardization: Based on the corporate strategy, you ensure that the processes in your E2E management are harmonised, standardized and continuously developed. Process modeling: You model E2E processes as well as the associated subprocesses. Process specification: You first set specifications for process changes or new processes. Requirements management and prioritisation: You inform the company about the further development of the E2E process and prioritise in-depth requirements. Change and release management: You are responsible for the release and change management for new or modified processes in your E2E area. Target and key number control: You work target-oriented with defined key figures and measurable targets. Training management: You are responsible for the planning and implementation of training in your E2E process area.

Experience: You have first experience in process management in the manufacturing industry. System knowledge: You're bringing in-depth knowledge about SAP. Project Management: You have experience in classic and/or agile project management and control projects structured and targeted. Analytics:You analyze processes and data in a structured manner, guides well-founded measures and works safely with key figures. Communication and moderation capability: You can communicate safely at all levels, moderate workshops and understand complex content. Self-organisation and self-responsibility: You work structured, prioritize yourself and take responsibility for your topics.
