Technical and organizational management of the flow cytometric department with experienced scientists and technical staff independent evaluation and determination of flow cytometric and cytological/cytomorphological analyses Creation of integrative diagnostic findings in combination with clinical information, blood count, bone marrow morphology, immunophenotyping, and taking into account tumour-genetic and pathological findings Bringing your scientific expertise to the continuous development and optimization of flow cytometric methods and analytical methods in an accredited laboratory Responsibility for quality management in flow cytometry, including quality assurance, documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements Support for the strategic development of the department and participation in growth and business development processes

completed academic studies in e.g. biology or a comparable scientific subject; a promotion is desirable Very safe practical experience in handling flow cytometric methods and their professional interpretation Excellent analytical skills and a very good understanding of medical and diagnostic relationships High reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility in conjunction with a structured, conscientious and self-organized mode of operation Safe handling of modern analytical methods, flow cytometric devices and laboratory-EDV and documentation systems Team-oriented personality with a strong quality awareness and high standards of scientific and diagnostic excellence
