At our production site in Eggolsheim with over 30 employees, the most modern CNC machining centers with 5 axes, CNC lathes with 9 axes, eroding machines and automatic grinding machines are located.

To expand our team we are looking for immediate entry

ein/n Kauffrau/mann – Büromanagement (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Procurement and demand determination of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials, taking into account price, quality and time requirements • maintain logistical processes along our production line, such as empty, order and return processing • Situativ: Creating analyses and participation in projects • organize and edit general office processes

Your profile: • completed training as a merchant office management, office clerk, industrial clerk or comparable training • Professional experience in office management desirable • good knowledge of ERP and MS Office • Organisational capacity, negotiation skills and good understanding • Targeted and independent operation
