Team Leader Real Estate and Facility Management (m/f/d)

You conduct, coordinate and develop your team professionally and personally. You control and monitor all processes in the team and compliance with internal and legal requirements. You are responsible for budget planning, time and cost control and prepare investment decisions. You coordinate and monitor the infrastructure, commercial and strategic facility management including all service providers. You ensure complete and proper documentation and actively work on projects, processes and special tasks.

You have a degree/master degree in a relevant field, such as real estate or facility management. You have several years of professional experience in the field, especially in the management of staff. You have well-founded, ready-to-use knowledge in GEG, basic tax reform, ImmoWertV and comparable rules. You're sure to deal with data technology and PC standard software like MS Office. Ideally, you have SAP knowledge and master other specialist software. Leadership, organisational and enforcement skills, a high sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking characterize you.
