Completed studies of economics, business information, business management or a comparable degree programme focusing on accounting / finance and relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience in business analysis or Financial architecture, ideally as Business Analyst:in or Insurance Financial Analyst:in the financial or insurance environment Knowledge of accounting according to HGB, IFRS (including IFRS 17) and Solvency II as well as deepened expertise in insurance accounting and financial processes Experience in initial and/or reinsurance as well as in accounting, auditing or auditing Very high IT affinity and practical experience with SAP products (including SAP FI/CO, SAP Insurance Analyzer) and SQL-based database queries Experience in agile working methods and projects (e.g. Scrum, SAFe), ideally in the insurance environment Embossed analytical thinking capacity, very good numerical understanding as well as a structured, independent and result-oriented manner combined with team spirit and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least C1 level) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
