Regular visits to retailers, service partners and end customers in Germany as well as to export markets to identify needs and build up and maintain long-term customer relationships Active marketing and sales of the aftermarket portfolio, in particular spare parts, services, service contracts, connect solutions and new tower crane products Support in the introduction of new products and active participation in a successful market entry Technical support of customers and support of partner programs Planning, organisation and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns Timely creation of precise offers for spare parts and services and ensuring efficient order processing performing administrative activities related to offers, orders, invoices and payment receipts in the spare parts business Maintenance and updating of customer, dealer and crane fleet data

Technical training or studies with sound technical and market-related knowledge Impressed customer orientation, high sense of responsibility as well as ability to work independently and team work Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as safe handling of MS Office Valid driving licence class B and readiness for international missions
