Sales & Customer Care Active support and further development of existing customers in the target groups Light planners, architects, wholesalers and electricians Targeted acquisition of new customers in the region of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships with planning offices, architectural offices, electric companies and specialist wholesale trade Market development & strategy Identification of market potentials and development of regional sales strategies Observing market and competitive trends in the lighting industry Close cooperation with the internal marketing and product team for positioning our range Presentation & Consulting Professional presentation of our product portfolio (Decorative, Outdoor, Technical Lighting) to the customer on site Competent consulting on assortment solutions, novelties and technical product properties Participation in trade fairs and industry events

Proven professional experience in sales within the lighting industry (lighting, lighting, lighting technology, optimally from the decorative area. Existing network of relevant customers in the region of Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria Experience in B2B distribution, ideally for lighting planners, architects, wholesalers or electric companies Funded product knowledge in the area of lighting (decorative and/or technical) Safe handling of modern sales tools and CRM systems Very good knowledge of German as well as knowledge of the Austrian market Impressed communication and negotiation strength Self-responsible, structured and targeted mode of operation Readiness to travel within the region (Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria & Austria) Team skills and entrepreneurial thinking
