Your activities include: Targeted customer support: You accurately assign incoming customer requests by e-mail and independently answer first topics on our standardized solutions. Telephone advice: planners, builders and processors have questions – and you deliver the answers. You enter defined customer groups by phone and help them with their projects. Cooperation on projects: You work closely with an experienced team of engineers and technicians from which you can learn a lot. Establishing a cross-departmental network: you prioritize and coordinate incoming requests by phone or e-mail and connect to contact persons from different departments at an early stage.
