Our technical service implements the professional maintenance and repair of the technical facilities and facilities in the various properties of our customers.

• Maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary and control systems
• Testing of fire protection devices
• commissioning of technical installations and commissioning of the operating personnel in new construction projects

Profile**

• Complete professional training as heating, ventilation or as gas and water heater
• customer and service orientation
• Commitment, independent working and organisational skills
• Motivation to participate in training and further training in order to be able to carry out cross-sector activities (financed by technical service)
