For our outpatient hospice service in Elmshorn/Quickborn we are looking for a dedicated personality with heart, organizational talent and empathy. In this responsible task, you accompany seriously ill and dying people as well as their relatives and, together with our volunteers, create an dignified hospice accompaniment. Coordination of the outpatient hospice service – from initial discussions to the control of our volunteer employees Acquisition, qualification, support and training of volunteers Psychosocial advice and support of dying people and their relatives Cooperation and networking with palliative institutions, services and cooperation partners A meaningful activity with a lot of design space and human proximity Place of use predominantly in Quickborn
