Location: Künzelsau Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: 40 hours per week

Your tasks:

• Contact and leadership for the kitchen team in the Bistro
• Planning and control of personnel and employee development
• Responsibility for purchasing, ordering and storage of food
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
• Organization of catering and flying buffets
• Head of a small kitchen team
• Regular working hours without weekend work

Your profile:

• Multiannual professional experience in gastronomy
• Leadership and a strong role model in the team
• Careful appearance and friendly, service-oriented appearance
• High team capability, resilience and flexibility
• Self-working with space for creativity and ideas
• Completed training as cook or cook
• Mobility, ideal with own cars
• Ready to work from Monday to Friday in early service
