Your tasks: Perception of object responsibility for the objects assigned to it and regular voting appointments with customers Support of team management in commercial tasks such as accounting or reporting Compliance with customer and user contact care and contact function on site Control of the technical services in assigned objects and power ranges commissioning, controlling and handling of external services, and in particular the maintenance of recurring expert reviews Planning of the control services for objects in accordance with the customer contracts and legal regulations for compliance with the operator obligations Implementation of fault and defect management for all services in the supervised objects Perform object visits and determine, display and set value conservation measures Ready to deal with infrastructural services such as green and outdoor care, grey cleaning and maintenance cleaning.

Your profile: Vocational training in the industrial and technical field with an electrotechnical focus Professional experience in facility or property management, as well as experience in dealing with employees and customers in the area of retail, public authorities, office tenants or logistics companies If possible, training to the fire safety officer, safety officer, first aid Basic knowledge Business management German language skills (at least C1 level) good knowledge with Microsoft Office 365, MS Dynamics knowledge desirable Driving licence class B required
