This makes the job interesting for me: With the task of building and operating offshore network connections in the North Sea, 50Hertz is facing new and versatile challenges. As a specialist engineer in offshore operating concept, I secure the determination and achievement of operating targets according to the higher-level strategy, guaranteeing the long-term operational capability and flexibility and providing transparency about the performance of the operating organisations in both seas. My tasks include: designing, developing and documenting the operating strategy of offshore network connection systems, identifying and developing the organisational structures and processes essential to the operation; contribute to the development of maintenance strategies for offshore assets, Integrating the operational requirements of offshore network connection systems into the company-wide structures, developing long-term operational strategies; coordinate the operational interfaces during (Turnkey) implementation, identifying and evaluating best practices in the offshore industry, Cooperation in internal and cross-company working groups.
