Creation & Examination: You will start qualified value determinations based on object visits and check internal and external value assessments. Value setting: As part of the 4-eye principle and your defined competences, you will check and determine occupancy values independently. Risk- & coverage check: You assess the burden of the basic book as well as basic mortgage rights for residential loans. In addition, you will check the coverability of the shops and the qualitative requirements for the real credit message. Quality assurance: You actively support the preparation and follow-up of sample checks in the small loan sector. Process optimization: You recognize potentials for increasing efficiency and actively participate in the further development of our processes.

Education & experience: You have successfully completed a degree in the real estate sector, completed a bank training with corresponding training or have a comparable qualification as a real estate agent (m/w/d). Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of the assessment of residential properties – ideally according to BelWertV and BauGB – as well as in the basic book and credit security law. Working methods: You work precisely and analytically and draw your attention through a high sense of quality and responsibility.
