We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of personnel: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Administration, Customizing and Further Development of the SuccessFactors Platform (Head of Employee Central/BizX): You are responsible for the entire process design and optimization as well as integration between modules and third-party systems.

Conception and implementation of integration Interfaces: You move between SuccessFactors and other applications (e.g. SAP HCM, CO/FI) using standard integration solutions.

Ensuring consistent and reliable data quality: you validate, correct and monitor in all HR systems.

Technical support and system support: You are contact persons for the HR sector and integrated third parties incl. SAP ESM ticket system, release change, role concepts and implementation of new HR IT components.

Tool Development & Automation: You contribute to the further development of internal tools and the automation of recurring tasks.

Complete studies (economic informatics, BWL with technical focus, information management etc.) or training as a specialist informatics

Professional experience in data integration, process automation, process design and the design of information and communication systems

Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS (JSON/XML) and in the analysis and interpretation of market, product and service related topics

German language and writing as well as very good English skills
