Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Projektmanagement in an interdisciplinary emergency

For a state-of-the-art acute hospital we are looking for a Leiting doctor for the central emergency (m/w/d) in Fulltime.

The position offers a demanding and responsible field of activity with a large design space in clinical acute and emergency care. A professionally persuasive personality with emergency medical expertise, leadership skills and joy in the active development of an interdisciplinary emergency.

Your duties

• Individually responsible implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures in acute care
• Technical management and further development of the central emergency
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist departments of the house in consulting, diagnostics and therapy
• Ensuring direct, scientifically sound medical action
• Close cooperation with nursing management levels and adjacent functional areas
• Conduct and coordination of consiliary investigations
• Instruction, supervision and further training of assistant physicians
• With design and deepening of emergency medical specializations within the area

Your profile

• Specialist in Innere Medizin, General medicine or Anaesthesiology
• Additional training Clinical acute and emergency medicine
• Ideally first or multi-year Leiting experience
• High commitment and strong sensitivity in patient care
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Structured, responsible and team-oriented working
• Interest in the active design of clinical processes and emergency medical structures
