Tasks Your new tasks You are responsible for our CAFM system Building One end-to-end, as a digital basis for all operator obligations in over 250 facilities You develop the system professionally, configure modules and workflows and secure the complete module cover according to GEFMA 400 You control data quality management and build the plant ID system portfolio-wide You are responsible for the interfaces to ERP, BIM and IoT and conduct the related implementation, migration and extension projects You build the real-state reporting and develop it further, including BI dashboards for management and departments You administrate users and permissions and train users, from home technology to asset management. You are a contact person for all RE roles, IT and Finance in CAFM questions and tax external CAFM, BIM and IoT service providers

Requirements That's what you bring You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, facility management or a comparable qualification You bring multi-year experience with CAFM or FM software systems with, ideally with Building One. You know GEFMA 400 and have basic knowledge of BIM/IFC (DIN EN ISO 19650). You have a well-founded knowledge of data models, databases and API interfaces as well as secure handling of Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) You work analytically, precise and process-oriented and know the requirements of GDPR and GoBD on systems and data You can explain complex system topics understandably for non-IT users and take users with you You have experience in managing IT or system projects, ideally with service provider control
