Head of Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) Mannheim Your responsibilities • Discipline and professional management of a six-member team of electrical engineers • Design, testing and integration of switchgear supplementary components (medium/low voltage) into the overall system • Work in the environment of complete energy production plants • Responsibility for electrical system architecture, e.g. generator circuit breakers, protection technology, auxiliary drive cabinet • Ensuring time and budget compliance with international projects • Further development of the electrical product portfolio taking into account current market requirements • Development of team-based strategies for achieving goals in the company • Analysis and optimization of team-related KPIs and regular reporting to management • Control of technical implementation and coordination of cross-departmental solutions
