Site Manager - District Heating / Pipeline Construction / Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

You conduct projects on site and provide technical and timely control, coordination and processing of the post-insulation work in the district heating network You guide the team through efficient deployment planning, leadership and motivation of the technicians in the allocated area of South Bavaria You keep the cost-effectiveness in view of construction planning as well as continuous monitoring and control of the results of construction sites from economic considerations You function as an interface and work competently with customers:inside and internal specialist departments (distribution, costing and billing) You ensure safety and monitor all requirements of health, work and fire protection at construction sites

You have a relevant vocational training in the field of construction or crafts with a successful further education as a master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d), as an alternative a comparable qualification with a corresponding professional experience. You will bring well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the field of district heating, piping or civil engineering. You work with high quality, cost and responsibility awareness as well as organisational and implementation skills. You are a team-capable, strong to assert and are friendly and safe to use with customers. You have a valid class B driving license, which is absolutely necessary for the care of the area. You speak fluently German (C1 level) to ensure smooth communication in the team and with partners.
