As a pre-worker (m/w/d) area Medical components, you can support our MED area as a specialist in the programming and armoring of cutting production machines. You are part of a friendly team that is directly involved in the production of innovative solutions.

The following activities are part of your task: You are responsible for the guidance of a group of specialist/help workers and support the team leader A focus of your tasks is the feasibility assessment of cutting components You program and equip cutting production machines, in particular long automatic lathes Controlling the timely workflow of production orders, together with the team manager, falls into your task In addition, select suitable tools and chips for new projects The ordering of tools, chips and auxiliary materials and operating materials is carried out by you As a foreman, you carry out instructions and train the staff You optimize manufacturing processes to save production time The control of completed orders for completeness as well as the initiation of any necessary remedial of defects in cooperation with the QS is your task You carry out maintenance and maintenance measures

Training: successfully completed training as a machining mechanic or comparable qualification Experiences: very good knowledge in the operation of long lathes incl. Machine controls as well as several years of relevant professional experience in the field of long turning Know-how: Funded knowledge in programming slot machines Languages: Good knowledge of German in word and writing Personality: High sense of responsibility, good communication skills, enforcement ability and flexibility Working method: Reliable and independent operation as well as a pronounced quality awareness, shift readiness (2- and 3 shift operation)
