We – the German commercial vehicle centers Mercedes-Benz and TruckStore from Daimler Truck – always focus on our customers. We are the experts for the sales and service of the Mercedes-Benz Trucks, Fuso and more brands. With more than 2,000 employees: within around 25 locations we share the enthusiasm of our most diverse vehicles daily; whether light or heavy trucks for long-distance transport, special vehicles and truck vehicles. We advise our customers to find the precise commercial vehicle for the special challenges. Should it not “roll” anymore – we will help as a strong partner. Our team of highly-competent employees: our commercial vehicles will be back on track quickly.

We are looking for talents with a focus on service management in the aftersales, who are passionate about the success of our commercial vehicle centers. As part of the Daimler Truck Trainee Programs, the Leadership Talent Track in the Cluster Customer First @Own Retail is the ideal entry point. WHAT WHAT?

The Cluster Customer First @Own Retail prepares you for your future role as a leader in the Own Retail of Daimler Truck AG in nationwide commercial vehicle centers. The 24-month Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects: Onboarding and individual project assignments in various commercial vehicle centers as well as in the sales center in Berlin Possibility of foreign use in European Own Retail From day one, you support our customers in their business together with a team of experts: Acquisition of Representation Tasks with Focus Leadership and Acquisition of Project Management You get access to various training and development offerings focusing on customer centricity and our leadership culture You receive support and guidance through your personal Executive Mentor and are part of an intercultural and social network

DESHALB PASST DU ZU UNS Akademischer Graduate ideally with focus on economic engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, automotive industry/general management or comparable degree (e.g. master title) Alternatively, a completed vocational training with a multi-year professional experience in the automotive environment German and English knowledge in word and writing You are interested in taking a leadership position in the future High level of flexibility and willingness to change locations across the country (including European countries) and ability to adapt to new circumstances in the short term You bring first professional experience in a car house or commercial vehicle center Joy in handling our customers: You are enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills and self-structuring If you can safely move locally in dealing with customers and employees, think globally and innovatively at the same time and are willing to question the status quo with new ideas and perspectives, we will fit together well.
