Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Magdeburg Your tasks include providing technical documents to customers. You analyze technical problems (Root Cause Analysis) in the areas of workshop equipment and diagnostic systems. You use remote tools to efficiently solve problems and document all incidents in internal systems. You keep up to standardised processes and escalate to higher support levels if required, including providing relevant data/log files. You're planning to exchange with Bosch-internal departments, international locations and support colleagues. You create content for the knowledge database and FAQ documentation. You carry out project-related tasks and continue to develop professionally.

Education: Completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronic, motor vehicle service technician Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in the workshop environment or in technical customer support Personality and mode of operation: Self-employed, structured, service-oriented as well as communication-strong - even in challenging situations. Teamable, resilient and customer-oriented Languages: Very good Hungarian and German language skills (at least level C1)
