You support the preparation of our à la carte dishes and banquet offers in close cooperation with Chef de Partie

You prepare fresh, regional ingredients and implement recipes with care and accuracy

You help to ensure a smooth running in the kitchen

You pay attention to cleanliness and order at your workplace and implement the hygiene regulations (HACCP)

You take every opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and develop professionally and personally

Completed training as cook/kitchen

First practical experience in the kitchen desirable, but no need – important is your commitment
