• Resource Management – Budget Responsibility, Accounting & Procurement
• Organisation – child recording and documentation management

Education & quality

• Teaching – Promoting children with a focus on physical/ mental development
• QM – Ensuring Educational Goals & Development of Conception

Cooperation and networking

• Completion as a specialist teacherin (kE/gE), medical educationin or comparable
• Experience in team management and support education
