You coordinate construction sites in the area of cable construction and communications networks in the Karlsruhe–Rhein-Neckar area as well as east to Niederstetten Take responsibility for projects from planning to completion and ensure the economic, technical and timely execution of your orders You are planning your teams, including technicians and temporary workers, and you are distributing equipment and materials for your construction sites. In addition, you tax suppliers and subcontractors You ensure compliance with internal and overarching requirements in the areas of quality management, HSEQ and occupational safety and thus contribute to the successful achievement of the project objectives As a competent contact person for customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues, you are actively driving optimizations in the design.

Complete training in the field of telecommunications (e.g. as communication electronics / information electronics m/w/d) or master and/or Technical completion or studies with a focus on information and communication technology / civil engineering or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience in earth-shifted cable and cable construction First professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or to grow self-confidence into this role Ideally experience in the construction of communication networks and interest in modern technology FFTH, glass fibre Good MS Office knowledge and experience with costing programs driving licence class B Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in work in the team and in the joint achievement of your project goals
