Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. Support and independent advice in all legal matters affecting the co-determination bodies to increase their efficiency and effectiveness expert advice and support in complex legal specialties and basic issues to ensure optimal solutions Responsibility for internal and cross-departmental management of processes, communication and knowledge in the field of co-determination to ensure smooth cooperation Active cooperation in cross-departmental working groups and projects to develop innovative approaches and solutions Organisation and advice in relation to (Total) Works Council, (Total) Labour Disability Representation, (Total) Youth and Training Representation and Economic and Spokesman Committee to support their work as best possible

Successfully completed studies of law (first and second legal state exams) Knowledge of labour law, in particular collective labour law Analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent, structured and conscientious working, combined with pragmatic working methods and decision-making Legal and diplomatic skills and appropriate argumentation Safe handling of MS Office applications and German language skills Your personal strengths include: Happy work in the team High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
