Speaker: Quality Management (m/f/d)

Strategic advice: You advise the specialist departments on all quality-relevant issues in construction projects and in technical operation and take over the compliance function in quality management. Project testing and control: You check, control and secure the quality of technical and structural projects according to defined quality standards, HOAI specifications and budget specifications. Process optimization: You continuously optimize, monitor and develop processes for trouble prevention and efficiency enhancement over the entire real estate life cycle. Planning, tendering, awarding: You conduct and accompany planning, tendering and awarding processes strategically and develop procurement and procurement strategies. Technical Purchasing: You develop and optimize purchasing processes, define procurement strategies, monitor supplier evaluation and work closely with the group purchase. Budget control: You control and control the ordering process and ensure budget compliance in coordination with the controlling – including budget tracking, forecast analysis and cost optimization. Quality standards & QM guidelines: You develop and implement quality standards and QM guidelines, including the introduction of new controlling instruments and KPI systems for success measurement and service provider evaluation. Quality controls in the TGM: You design and control quality control in technical building management (e.g. sample checks), develop maintenance and testing strategies and ensure compliance with all agreed standards. Service provider and partner assessment: You assess the quality of external partners and ensure the service quality of external service providers by means of KPI systems and audit processes. Operator's obligations & works: You check the operator's obligations, develop strategic control mechanisms to comply with building regulations and accompany construction work including the determination of acceptance criteria and improvement measures. Documentation quality: You ensure the quality of the documentation, in particular with regard to compliance requirements, risk management and verification requirements. Special tasks: You take over special tasks of the management, for example consulting for compliance with QM guidelines in the field of fire protection.

Education: You have completed your studies in (construction) engineering, architecture, economic engineering, facility management or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring comprehensive professional experience in the construction and/or real estate industry and have sound knowledge in quality management for construction projects and the operation of technical installations. HOAI competence: You have experience in the interpretation and application of HOAI requirements to control services and contract structures. Quality standards: You have many years of experience in implementing, controlling and developing quality standards at company level. KPIs & Compliance: You have deep expertise in controlling and monitoring KPIs as well as a sound understanding of compliance requirements and risk management. Purchasing & Contracts: You have very good knowledge in technical purchasing, in tenders and contract management as well as in supplier evaluation. Audit experience: You have extensive experience with audit and audit procedures to comply with quality standards. IT know-how: You master the current MS Office applications very well and have experience and application security in SAP. Analytical competence: You are characterized by pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, holistic and cross-disciplinary thinking and a high number affinity. Communication & Cooperation: You have a very good communication capability, collaborative and conflicting ability as well as the ability to build cross-border relationships. Working style: You show high performance, self-initiative, result focus and organisational ability.
