Your duties as Regional/Department Manager*in

• Own-sponsored management and management of the Neckarsulm regional operation
• Ensuring quality standards, customer satisfaction and sustainable growth of businesses
• Leadership, development and motivation of project management, executives and employees on site
• Professional cooperation with existing customers and the establishment of long-term customer relationships
• Creation of offers
• Planning & organisation of new objects
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, quality guidelines and internal standards
• Control & close coordination with internal departments

Your profile

• Solid professional experience in a management position within building cleaning
• Experience in controlling multiple objects or locations
• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further economic qualification
• Good understanding of key figures and economy
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation
• readiness to travel within the responsible regions
• Class B driving licence
