The Agency shall be permanently employed at the earliest possible time in full and parttime employment. Remuneration takes place according to the classification rules of the respective domestic collective agreement n.E.P. and is possible in the case of the presence of the personal conditions in the remuneration group P3.

Needs all your skills - your area of responsibility: The activity includes the best possible care for patients through a holistic and individual basic and treatment care, taking into account their psychosocial needs. Medical competences as well as current health and professional requirements are respected. The tasks include the professional recognition of patient needs, the early recognition of life-threatening conditions and the initiation of appropriate measures. Care plans are created, implemented and evaluated. Medical arrangements of doctors and doctors are carried out appropriately and relevant observations are forwarded immediately. The preparation and implementation of therapeutic and diagnostic measures as well as the ongoing documentation of efficacy are part of the task as well as any necessary adjustments to care planning. In addition, the body includes the complete collection and documentation of all relevant patient data as well as the guidance of trainees and new employees.
