Senior HSE-Coordinator / Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d)

YOUR ACTIVITY: Advice and support of executives and employees in all matters of work, health and environmental protection Contact person in all questions of occupational safety for the Lingen site Participation in the further development of the HSE management system Advice and development of occupational safety measures Implementation and updating of risk assessments and site visits Creation of operating instructions Planning, implementation and follow-up of audits, visits and HSE programs Analysis of accidents, incidents and deviations incl. Cause analysis and action tracking Conception and implementation of internal training and instruction Working with local HSE projects

You also bring: Complete study or technical training with additional qualification in the field of occupational safety, environment At least 5 years of practical experience in a comparable HSE function in the development and implementation of HSE programs Knowledge and experience in auditing according to ISO 14001 / ISO 45001ideally also ISO 50001 Continuing training on occupational safety Leading auditor in accordance with ISO 19011 Experience with the laws and regulations applicable to HSE (e.g. ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV) Enforcement and at the same time compromise at all hierarchical levels Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Master MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
