You guide strategic data governance projects and shape company-wide data processes
In your role, you advise Data Owner on global governance requirements and train the team in the Data Excellence model
You identify data risks, use policy engineers and data catalogs (e.g. Informatica) operatively and optimierst KPI-controlled governance control
Accompanying the Domain Owner in S4, you contribute to the data-driven corporate strategy
Integrierst Data Privacy & Compliance (GDPR, BCBS 239, HIPAA) into the data landscape and work closely with security & compliance teams
Completed studies in BWL, IT, Business Informatics or comparable training
6–8 years of professional experience in data management, data governance and process design
Knowledge of international data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and data modeling
In-depth insights into governance trends, risks and stakeholder management and change management skills
Technical Understanding of Data Lakes/Warehouses and Automation of Data Quality Checks
Hands-on mentality as well as team-wide influence
The ability to position governance as a business enabler and to identify and further develop optimization potentials
Very good communication skills in German and English
