How your day looks like • With empathy and humour, you motivate our residents to actively shape their everyday lives and take your time for personalized care • With your specialist expertise, you design individual and tailor-made care concepts and build sustainable structures on • You plan leisure activities and promote active social participation • In addition to the focus of the educational support, you also take over the basic care of our residents (supporting in drawing, showering, dental care, drug delivery etc.) • You are in close contact with relatives, legal supervisors and colleagues from care, advice and other areas of expertise in the team, networked and at eye level

You can look forward to • Indefinite employment of 50-100 % of jobs with individual service plans in the proven 2-shift system (spring and late service) • A separate night watch is available – no night services! • Intensive integration by a mentor and 2-3 colleagues per shift and aid for all residents for optimal support • Remuneration according to AVR.HN E7 (48.200€ - 61.200€ Full-time/year - according to experience - incl. Annual special payment and fixed allowances), plus time supplements and occupational pensions (ECVK) and family budget • Extras such as JobRad, Health Services, Employee Discounts and Granted Germany Ticket • Internal training, pastoral care, advice and first aid in crises, coaching and supervision
