State Youth Officer (m/f/d)

Conduct and coordination of the Maltese Youth Referate at national level Technical direction and support of the five diocesan youth representatives in North Rhine-Westphalia Coordination of youth work and networking of offers and local leaders of youth work Team-oriented cooperation with the volunteer leadership, training teams (m/w/d) and other departments and external partners (m/w/d) Support of the Volunteer Office in organizing and implementing actions, camps and other leisure activities Co-responsibility for the large project “Landeszeltlager 2027”, a regional holiday camp with about 400 people Advice and accompaniment of children and youth groups

Integration of youth work into the overall association Implementation of the Laughing Concept – Faith – Help - Learning Representation and public relations

A completed study or training in the field of pedagogy or social work or a comparable qualification Experience in (binding) youth work, also from voluntary work Affiliation to the Catholic Church/Identification with the tasks, values and objectives of a Catholic aid organization Ready for flexible scheduling (e.g. weekends – and evening dates) Ability to work in the team and experience in working with groups Basic knowledge of the planning and implementation of events Contact and communication strength as well as independent and conceptual thinking and working Motivation and persuasiveness Moderation and consulting skills, conflictability leadership experience is desirable but not required Suitability for office organization and administration, computer A valid driving license class B
