Senior Manager Finance / Controlling (m/f/d)

You are the strategic partner for financial and economic issues at the board level You operate as a central accounting - contact for the municipal company and the associated medical care centres. You have the leadership of the entire finance and controlling team with full professional and disciplinary responsibility. You have the responsibility for budgeting, forecasting as well as all activities in the monthly and annual financial statements, including bookings, voting and drafting financial reports. You create, interpret and present their financial analyses, reports and business cases to support sound decisions. Ensuring legal requirements, cost accounting standards and internal controls are your responsibility as well as coordination with internal and external auditors. The identification and management of process improvements to optimize quality, documentation, controls and automation are also part of your task You have the responsibility for preparing and updating the annual budget negotiations with the cost-beneficiaries.

You have completed their studies in business, finance, accounting or a comparable field. You have at least 5 years relevant professional experience in financial/ accounting, ideally in the clinic - environment You have well-founded accounting knowledge in HGB and KHBV, including experience with legal qualifications as well as analytical and strategic skills A proven leadership experience combined with a pronounced coaching and motivation style completes your profile. Experiences in process optimization (e.g. automation, standardization, documentation) are advantageous.
