Head of Construction Management / Construction Organization / Senior Construction Management House Construction (m/f/d)

For the further development of the organization and to strengthen the operational business, we are looking for a dedicated and powerful personality for the management of construction management. You report directly to the management and are equipped with Prokura perspectively.

In this function you take responsibility for the entire construction process – from order to house transfer and warranty. You ensure that quality, dates, costs and customer experience remain in balance at any time. You lead an interdisciplinary team (including 20 building leaders), actively shape processes and shape a modern, solution-oriented construction organization that focuses on professionalism and service.

Leadership & Team Development: Leadership and further development of the entire construction management team (over 100 MA) as well as promotion of a solution-oriented, cooperative culture. Project Management & Process Security: Responsibility for Quality, Dates and Costs in the Complete Construction Process and Structured Risk Management. Customer Focus & Communication: Ensuring professional, service-oriented communication with builders:inside and support in complex project situations. Process optimization & KPI control: analysis of key figures, derivation of improvement measures and implementation of efficient standards. Management interface & decision-making competence: close coordination with management, sovereign prioritization of projects and management of external partners.

Studies in civil engineering or comparable qualification as well as experience in construction management and leadership. Expertise in construction planning, project management, controlling and construction cost management. Empathic, clear, decision-making and capable of motivating, structuring and developing teams. High service orientation, professional handling of challenges and focus on continuous improvement. Convincing communication skills, safe handling of digital tools and a nationwide readiness to travel.
