In this role you work with a modern requirement management and accompany projects from the first customer requirement to the successful implementation and testing. Your tasks: In your function, you implement requirements management processes in ongoing shipbuilding projects and adapt them together with the team to the project-specific requirements. You accompany requirements over their entire life cycle – from the first customer idea to the coordination with suppliers to the creation of clear and comprehensible specifications. In close cooperation with customers, project teams and external partners, make sure that requirements are documented, coordinated and reliably passed on. You can use your experience from the projects to continuously improve requirements management and system engineering processes and to further develop them beyond individual shipbuilding projects. Workshops with project teams, customers and suppliers will provide you with a consistent basis for goals, requirements and solutions. As an interface between technology, IT and project management, you ensure that complex relationships remain transparent and projects progress in a structured manner.
