Our Projects & Business Development team plays a key role: we develop, automate and integrate holistic processes and solutions for sales management in our omnichannel distribution. You actively shape - from the first idea to the finished roll-out you take responsibility for the development of new processes and solutions. You work closely with our sales department – from the field service to branches and e-business to key account management. This includes the following tasks:

You develop new processes and solutions for sales management and actively advance them. You work cross-functional, along with different sales units, and shape precise and effective approaches. You accompany projects in a holistic way - from the start-up to the conception and the roll-out. In doing so, you will ensure efficient control and coordinate all relevant stakeholders. You also develop strategies and procedures to prioritise projects and evaluate their effectiveness. You actively shape, prepare decision-relevant content for top management and accompany important votes. With data-based approaches and innovative ideas, you actively support the further development of our business model. You connect with internal interface partners and finally ensure a targeted implementation.

A successfully completed business studies, ideally focusing on project management, process optimization or strategic business development - or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your profile. You already have experience in project management and joy in cooperation in a networked project environment. IT knowledge or a strong interest in digital and technological relationships are advantageous. Fun at a dynamic working environment with many interfaces and different stakeholders.
