Draughtsman (m/f/d)

You mostly work out planning in the performance phases 3–5. You will create detailed drawings in coordination with our architects and ensure a precise implementation of the planning content. You support in the preparation and preparation of building application documents and forms. You will also create lists, calculations and other project-related documents.

You have completed training as a design artist and have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in Germany. You have experience with construction applications and execution plans – and you will be happy to work in projects up to detail. Safe handling of CAD programs is part of everyday work for you. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. Technical regulations and regulations are familiar to you and you are sure to implement them in your work. You work actively, responsibly and reliably. Teamwork is fun and you appreciate an open, cooperative collaboration. In dealing with customers, you will appear friendly, professional and service-oriented. Knowledge in the field of BIM is advantageous, but no need.
