HR Consultant for Time Management and Occupational Health and Safety (m/f/d)

In this important function, you will be available to employees, executives and external service providers as a professional contact person* on issues of the time economy, occupational health and occupational health management. In doing so, you are responsible for our time management system Tisoware, responsible for the mistime management and are responsible for master data management as well as the preparation of time-economic evaluations. In the context of occupational health and safety, you are responsible for the quarterly implementation of the Safety Committee (ASA) You accompany the annual occupational safety visits and forward identified defects to the responsible persons. You are in close contact with external service providers and our offices You coordinate training for first-aiders, safety officers and fire protection workers In your hands, the coordination, organisation and further development of measures and projects of mental risk assessment as well as of occupational health management You work closely with the Works Council and work with your healthy commitment to various HR projects and their further development and optimization

You have successfully completed/s commercial training or/and university studies, with a focus on staff/HR Ideally, you bring professional experience in a comparable position and are familiar with time management systems (ideally Tisoware), occupational and health protection and BGM In your daily work, trustworthiness and confidentiality are of course for you You additionally convince by your strong communication and team skills both within your own team and in cooperation with other interface teams, internal and external stakeholders Your structured work and high degree of self-motivation as well as the desire for the further development of structures, processes and systems shape your working day Your routined handling of office programs and a high IT affinity complete your profile
