DISCLOSURE

You conduct a multi-headed team of qualified construction and project managers in a disciplined and professional manner and take responsibility for their further development You control the organization and coordination of demanding projects in interior design and ensure the optimal occupation You plan capacity, report regularly to project status and make independent decisions to adapt best practices You take the overall responsibility for quality, dates and costs and act as a central interface to builders, entrepreneurs and internal stakeholders

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer or architect or a comparable qualification You have work experience in project management of turnkey construction projects in stock (commercials, offices, etc.) as well as on professional practice in all phases of performance You have ideally experience in disciplinary leadership and further development of employees of different levels of experience You are a strong team player with a motivating leadership style and entrepreneurial mindset
