Our Intensive Group in Unna In our intensive-living group, we will offer children aged 8 to 12 years, who cannot live in their family environment due to different strains, a protected space for development, stabilisation and perspectivation. We are committed to a dedicated team of pedagogical professionals who work around the clock with heart, structure and creativity to promote the individual needs of young people and to develop perspectives together.

You take over the team's professional leadership and encourage an appreciation and development-promoting collaboration. You coordinate and organize the educational processes in the group and ensure the quality of work. You are a contact person for your team, supports it professionally and promotes its further development. You accompany and support the children in everyday life and create an environment where You feel safe and accepted. You work closely with parents, schools, youth offices and therapists: inside to ensure the best possible support for children. You are responsible for the service and deployment planning as well as for the implementation of concepts and technical standards. Documentation, reporting and participation in help schedule discussions are also your responsibility.

A completed training or study in the field of education, e.g. social education, social work, education, medical education or a comparable qualification. First leadership experience or the willingness to grow into a lead roll. A heart that beats for children and adolescents and the ability to give them orientation and support. Communication strength, team spirit and joy in working with people. The ability to work structured and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations. Ready to take over all services in our shift system, including weekend services.
