As a master of science in the study program “Process Management – Technical Processes” you support our exciting field of technical functions for our heat pump production in terms of process and production planning. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers and lecturers of the dual university “Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen” in Wetzlar will teach you theoretical expertise while collecting your practical experience in the company.

• For our production area “heat pumps” you take over the planning and implementation of production lines, including assembly locations, operating and measuring equipment.
• You develop and plan extensive manufacturing concepts as well as automation projects and implement them. In addition, you agree with the specialist department about the system connection to production control systems according to Industry 4.0.
• You will also find creative solutions to optimize processes and production systems.
• A personal mentor or mentor accompanies you on your way.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Economics, (Economics) Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Similar
• Personality and working: as a team player, you can easily communicate with others and act flexibly; analytical, with enthusiasm and the necessary sense of responsibility, you will address your topics; quite clear that your safe appearance towards the client is an advantage and you trade in their interest; you like to work independently, show initiative and maintain the achievement of the goals in high-speed phases
• Enthusiasm: great interest in technical processes and processes
• Languages: very good German and English
