Professional and disciplined leadership of the Controlling and precious metal controlling team Participation in the new conception and introduction of a control system including Implementation in the ERP system Control, development and optimization of controlling processes taking into account the peculiarities of the precious metal industry Responsibility for calculation models and calculations Development and implementation of internal reporting Responsibility for coordinating and managing budget planning Support for corporate governance in implementing corporate strategy Technical support and support of the monthly and annual accounts Creation of economic accounts and business plans Central contact for specialist areas and corporate management in all matters relevant to controlling

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on controlling or a commercial training with corresponding training Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally with industry knowledge in the precious metal or raw material environment First to multi-year experience in the leadership of employees or project teams Very good knowledge of MS Office / Office 365 as well as safe handling of ERP systems, preferably SAP Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action, combined with high loyalty and absolute discretion Analytical Strength, Enforcement and Target Orientation High self-initiative, structured working methods and strong communication and team skills
