IT Support Operator - Executive Support & Management Services (m/f/d)

Ensuring the non-destructive operation of all devices and systems of Executive Board members, both on site and remotely (e.g. in Kiel, Bremen) and at important events such as general meetings, Supervisory Board meetings and contract signings First contact person:in for hardware and software problems; Live monitoring of technology, immediate response to disturbances and control of escalation management to prevent presentation and communication failures Head of the interface to operational teams, definition of clear escalation paths and acquisition of critical management cases, including prioritization of time-critical incidents and resource distribution without impairment of regular support operations contact person for specialist IT contact partners; Coordination of onboarding and offboarding, training and workshops and maintenance of the key user structure Planning, installation and maintenance of audio/video conferencing technology in rooms up to 200 seats and ensuring a smooth running at international events and special events

Completed IT training (e.g. specialist:in for system integration, IT-Kaufmann/-frau) or comparable degree At least five years of experience in the service-desk environment, preferably in the direct support of executives Funded knowledge in the construction, maintenance and support of audio/video conferencing and space technology (e.g. Cisco Collaboration, HP Poly, Teams Rooms) experience with workplace environments, peripheral devices (printers, scanners, presentation hardware) and Microsoft 365, teams, SharePoint and common email systems; Management of iOS mobile devices, network basic knowledge and ability to identify connections between network/server problems and end user interfaces Verified escalation and documentation management (ITSM tools), ideally basic knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure as well as Microsoft-365/Windows-11 certifications and experience with ITIL-based project and change management
