Quality Assurance Technician (m/f/d)

You are responsible for continuous monitoring and ensuring the high product quality directly in the production process.

You train the quality awareness of the manufacturing team and promote this sustainably in everyday work.

You undertake the implementation of quality analyses as well as the structured documentation and monitoring of the test processes.

You act as a guarantee for the satisfaction of both internal and external customers and partners.

You process all quality-relevant questions and tasks structured and within the specified deadlines.

You work in partnership and in close coordination with the R&D department and the production management.

You conduct and control the entire process of the first sample test independently.

You take over the full-scale complaint management for both internal and external concerns.

You design process checks and implement them in a targeted manner.

You actively support the preparation and implementation of internal and external product and process audits.

You have completed a technical vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and have successfully become a technician, master or quality officer.

In addition to your well-founded industry and standards experience (EN ISO 9001) you bring proven expertise in the application of common quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Ishikawa and 8D reports.

You have a well-founded practical experience in the functional, component and material testing, preferably in the course of sampling methods.

You master the current MS Office programs routined and bring experience in handling ERP systems (ideally proALPHA).

You are well-known in test equipment management, including CAQ system maintenance, calibrations and documentation and MSA analyses.

You are characterized by a targeted, analytical and solution-oriented method.

You can communicate professionally with internal departments as well as external suppliers and customers.
