Professional qualifications: completed studies of (medical) informatics, business informatics or comparable qualifications; Alternatively, an IT-oriented training with multi-year professional experience, preferably in health care. Knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE, DICOM) and communication platforms. Technical understanding of networks, servers, databases, messaging systems and interface architecture. Experience with operation, further development and customization of interoperability solutions. Knowledge in the area of data protection and information security is advantageous. Knowledge of process and project management (e.g. ITIL, IPMA, agile methods) is desirable.
