Projektmanager (m/w/d) Regional for the federal state of Baden-Württemberg

You are responsible for the technical and acquisitoral support of the agencies on site, including the support of customer appointments primarily in the commercial motor business. In addition, you plan sales with the agencies, carry them through and prepare them. You are a multiplier:in for contract topics. This includes the implementation of (new) strategic measures in power, e.g. the introduction of new products/services or the acquisition and support of cooperation partners. In doing so, you carry out professional training and training activities in the agencies and at meetings. You are a multiplier:in for damage topics. This includes, among other things, the organisation of agency meetings at partner workshops for the acceptance of the LVM-SchadenService. Your tasks include implementing the corporate and sales strategy. As a link between agencies, customers and the management, you support in achieving sales and earnings targets.

You have completed vocational training as a businesswoman for insurance and finance and a further training as a specialist for insurance and finance or comparable. You bring experiences in the Kraftfahrt division and demonstrate sales experience. A strong decision-making capability and a strong solution orientation as well as a high level of empathy are yours. Team and conflict skills are your strengths as well as good work organization, high flexibility and willingness to travel.
