This key role within our IT is responsible for the development of a company-wide AI strategy in coordination with the management and the sustainable implementation and continuous optimization of AI solutions for internal applications, in particular: Analysis of existing business processes for identifying AI applications Assessment and selection of suitable AI modules and technologies for different business areas Creation of business cases and ROI analyses for AI projects and planning and management of AI implementation projects from conception to implementation Integration of AI solutions into existing IT infrastructure and business processes Development and implementation of AI training programmes for employees Monitoring the performance and optimization of AI systems Ensuring data protection and compliance requirements Continuous evaluation of new AI technologies and trends

A completed study of (economic) informatics, data science or comparable qualification At least 1-2 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning or data analytics Detectable experience in implementing AI projects Knowledge of data protection and AI ethics Programming skills in Python, R or similar languages Experience with AI platforms and tools, cloud technologies and API integration Team skills and leadership skills in project management Winning appearance, communication strength and experience in stakeholder management German and English skills Experience in the office furniture industry desirable
