In your role, you control our external IT and non-IT service providers strategically and regulatoryly. For smooth operations, high quality and maximum safety. At the same time, you create a first-class customer experience and make sure that all requirements in outsourcing management are met professionally. Your future tasks include: Responsibility: Response the supervisory control of our external service providers in the IT and non-IT field and ensure efficient cooperation. Risk analyses & measures: Identify potential risks, develop targeted control and control measures and monitor their effective implementation. Ensure security: check compliance with data protection requirements, information security standards and internal guidelines and ensure a high level of compliance and protection. Analyses and evaluations: Analyze reports and proofs of our service providers, evaluate their content and provide sound recommendations for action. Contract negotiations lead: negotiate in close cooperation with the specialist departments service provider contracts and ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.

Your profile Education & experience: You have completed an economic or technical study – or an education with relevant professional experience in the provider management. Knowledge of bank-specific regulations such as MaRisk or DORA are a plus. IT confession: You have a good technical understanding, know the peculiarities of IT services and can safely assess their risks and regulatory requirements. Communication strength: You bring complex content to the point – both written and oral – and convince by clarity and commitment, both in exchange with specialist departments and with external partners and examiners. Judgment: You evaluate risks and requirements and meet informed decisions, even under time pressure or incomplete information. Coordination skills: You also keep an overview of many participants, control voting efficiently and ensure smooth processes.
