As a working student:in the field of project management B2C websites you actively support us with the following tasks: Requirement management: You work closely with our Product Owners for our websites to successfully hand over professional requirements to the developer team. User Stories & Roadmap: You form User Stories and support the design of the product roadmap to get to know the operational tasks of a Product Owner. Organization & Administration: You perform organizational and administrative tasks and thus ensure a smooth running in the team. Product releases: You can participate in the planning and implementation of our product releases and gain insight into the entire development cycle. Support & Incidents: You support support requests and incident cases and help us find quick solutions for our users. Documentation & logging: If necessary, you will take care of the structured documentation and logging so that all participants are always up to date.

You are registered:r Student:in an economic or IT-related degree course (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, etc.). Analytical thinking & structuring ability: You can quickly capture complex facts, logically prepare and clearly formulate them. Own responsibility & organisational skills: You prioritize your tasks independently, keep an overview and perform your work conscientiously. Communication strength & team spirit: You are contactful, go open to various contacts: inside and enjoy working in the team. Language Awareness & International Mindset: You feel safe in dealing with English – in word and writing – and you like to move in a diverse, international team. Connectivity to the location: We are happy if you can be on site regularly in Hamburg.
